Twenty years ago I was a young veterinarian with all the hopes and dreams of a new business owner. After being in practice for 9 years, I was working 6 days a week and was not making much money for all the effort I was putting in. I did not enjoy the thought of going to work, and felt I was slowly dying and I knew it.
Then I received a promotion in the mail from Sterling in Glendale, CA. I figured I had nothing to lose since I could not conceive of how things could get much worse. When I spoke to their representative, she knew exactly what I was experiencing before I even told her—all from the responses I gave her on a simple questionnaire. I knew something had to change and decided to see their seminar as a first step. The seminar addressed the exact thing that was occurring in my practice that was preventing me from getting paid for all of my effort and hard work. I had hope!
Today I have one of the biggest veterinary practices in the state, housed in a 30,000 ft. building that I own. I have 8 veterinarians that work for me. I work three days a week and make nearly $4,000,000 in revenues. I have taken off an average of 2 ½ months each year for the past six years to pursue personal interests outside of veterinary medicine while maintaining my specialty certification in the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and having my practice continue to expand. I really enjoy veterinary medicine…now that I control the practice instead of it controlling me! Even in this troubled economy, I am continuing to expand.
I am so thankful that I hooked up with Sterling. In fact, Sterling not only rehabilitated my practice, but also my dreams and my goals. And they gave me the tools I needed so I could have the practice I always wanted!
No matter what the problem is … something CAN be done about it!
Wishing you the best,
James R. Speiser DVM
